Shipping & Returns

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES

To receive your order in time for Christmas, ensure that your order is placed before the dates listed below.

Standard Shipping (within Australia) order by Friday 11th December

Express Shipping (within Australia) order by Friday 18th December

 

SHIPPING

Your shipping amount will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Free Shipping on orders over $80 is valid for Australian customers only.

Within Australia - Standard Shipping is $8
Express shipping is $12

International orders - Standard Shipping is $25

 

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order being processed. If an order is placed on a weekend or Australian public holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. 
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification via email with the tracking information. Please note, tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment.
  

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept change of mind returns on products by Being Skincare and Ms Brown.

Other items can be returned or exchanged if they have not been used and original packaging in as-new, unopened condition. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by email at info@theeve.com.au. Upon return, the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days.

Returns procedure:
To return a product to us:

  1. Contact us by email at info@theeve.com.au within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Include your name, address and the order number. We will reply to confirm that we have received your request and provide the return postal address.
  2. Pack all items with your invoice in their original packaging. Ensure that the packaging is secured, as we will not be able to make a refund for items damaged in return transit. Return postage is at the cost of the customer.
  3. Once received, we will inspect the goods within 3 business days and if their condition matches our requirements (that is: “as new, unused and in their original packaging”), refund will be made within 14 business days. We will send you an email confirming your exchange will be made within 14 business days.

Please note: We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels. We strongly recommend you obtain a lodgement certificate for your parcel and insurance in case the item is damaged in transit.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders should be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online.
